(2) Responsible for the operation and management of the quality management system;

(3) Responsible for logistics service satisfaction evaluation;

(4) Be responsible for accepting and handling the complaints from teachers and students on logistics service;

(5) Responsible for organizing representatives of teachers and students to supervise and inspect the service quality of relevant departments;

(6) Be responsible for contract bidding, project completion acceptance and other supervision work;

(7) Complete other tasks assigned by the leaders of the Department (Group).
