Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 These Measures are formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State and Jiangsu Provinces in order to implement China's policies and policies on the education of overseas students, promote the overall improvement of the overall quality of overseas students, and cultivate high-quality talents with international vision and ability of international cultural exchange.
Article 2 The evaluation of scholarships is mainly based on three aspects: basic qualities, academic achievements and priority conditions.
Article 3 These Measures shall be applicable to foreign students who are registered in the revised form.
Chapter II Basic Quality Assessment
Article 4 The basic quality assessment is divided into three aspects: learning attitude, physical and mental health, and civilized behavior. The basic contents of the above three aspects are as follows:
I. Learning Attitude
Learning objectives are clear, modest and eager to learn, conscientious and hard-working, respecting teachers, not without reason absent from class, late, help students, actively participate in teaching and scientific research activities.
2. Physical and mental health
Establish a sense of physical and mental health, establish good interpersonal relationships, and actively participate in extracurricular sports activities, sports competitions and various cultural, artistic and entertainment activities. Love labor, pay attention to hygiene.
3. Civilized Behavior
We should abide by Chinese laws and public order, conscientiously implement school rules and regulations, and do not violate laws and regulations.
The basic quality evaluation is mainly assessed by the head teacher and the head teacher.
Article 5 If one of the following circumstances occurs, the general assessment of basic qualities shall be unqualified:
1. Those who violate laws and regulations and have already been punished by judicial or public security organs.
2. Those who violate school rules and regulations shall be punished.
3. Those who are not qualified in the examination and evaluation of the apartments for foreign students.
Fourth, improper words and deeds, which have adverse social effects on schools or collectives.
Chapter III Assessment of Academic Achievements
Article 6 Achievement (G) shall be scored on the basis of the average achievement of foreign students. The calculation formula is: G=(Xi*Yi) sum/ Yi sum. Among them:
Xi - Achievements in each subject (all in percentage form).
Yi - Scores for the corresponding subjects.
If a student fails to pass the evaluation course in this academic year, he or she will be deemed to be unqualified in the evaluation of his or her academic achievements.
Chapter IV Priorities
Article 7 Scores may be added if they meet the following conditions, and priority shall be given to the evaluation of scholarships.
1. Foreign student class cadres.
2. The dormitory is rated as a star-rated dormitory.
3. Those who have made outstanding achievements in other social activities.
4. Participate in college-level sports activities and excel in performance.
Review bodies and procedures
The school authorizes the overseas education institutes to interpret these measures.
