I. Enrollment and Registration

1. Foreign freshmen should apply for admission to the Overseas Education College of Jiangsu University with their passport, entry visa, admission notice and JW202 (or JW201) form within the prescribed time. Electronic registration of freshmen is carried out by the Overseas College of Education. Those who fail to show up on time for reasons need to take leave in advance and obtain permission. The leave should not exceed two weeks. Those who fail to apply for leave or leave without permission and fail to report within the time limit will be disqualified from enrollment.

2. Foreign freshmen must go to designated institutions for physical examination. If they do not meet the requirements of the health standards for admission, they may retain their admission qualification for one year upon their application and examination and approval by the Overseas Education College.

3. Foreign students who retain their admission qualifications should apply for admission to the Overseas Education College one month before the start of the next academic year with the hospital health certificate. Only after passing the physical examination of the designated institution can they go through the admission formalities again.

4. Foreign students who retain their admission qualifications will be disqualified and not admitted if they fail to pass the health reexamination.

5. Foreign students who have acquired their school status should register at the Overseas Education College on time with their student certificate and residence permit, pay tuition, accommodation and insurance fees on time, and then register (with the registration stamp on the overseas student certificate). Those who fail to register on time for reasons shall go through the formalities of suspension of registration or leave and obtain approval. Leave without leave or leave without permission shall be handled as truancy. Those who fail to register within two weeks and fail to pay fees within two months will be automatically dropped out.

6. Foreign students who teach Chinese must submit the corresponding HSK certificate when they enter the university.

7. The longest period of study for foreign students is 8 years.

II. Assessment and Achievement

8. Foreign students studying in other undergraduate colleges and universities in China may apply for transfer to undergraduate major in our university and be admitted as interposition students after passing the examination. The course credits obtained by the interchange students in the original institutions of study must be recognized by the relevant departments of the school.

9. Foreign students with good academic performance and strong self-study ability may apply for a credit only if they have obtained 75 points or more in the first year of senior high school. However, the cost of the course will not be reduced.

10. Failure of the courses taken in each semester can only be made up once. Foreign students who fail the make-up exam may undergo follow-up, tutorial or self-study retraining (depending on the number of retraining students). The retraining fee shall be charged according to professional credits. If a compulsory course fails in the examination, it must be re-taught; if an elective course fails in the examination, it may be re-taught or other courses may be re-taught. Those who pass the course examination but fail to achieve satisfactory results may also be rehabilitated. Rehabilitation scores are recorded in the records of entrance students'achievements, and the highest score is taken as the effective score once, which is included in the statistics of credit points.

3. Closing, Returning and Dropping out of Schools

11. Overseas students who need a long period of treatment and rest because of illness diagnosed by the hospital should be suspended from school.

12. Overseas students retain their school status for one year during their sabbatical period. At the end of the semester, one month before the beginning of the school year, the applicant must issue a hospital certificate when he returns to school. He must go to a designated institution for a physical examination before he can resume his studies. Failure to return to school on time will result in automatic dropout.

13. Foreign students can not continue to study for other reasons, or drop out because of their own request. They are examined and approved by the Overseas Education College, and they will drop out after changing their visa at their own expense according to the requirements of China's entry and exit administration department. Foreign students who drop out of school should leave school on time.

IV. Academic Warning and Dropout

14. Overseas students get less than 12 credits in one semester during their study period (except for the last semester of four-year students and the last year of six-year students, they are given academic warnings for the semester, and less than 32 credits for the first semester. They are given academic warnings for the semester. The "academic police" will be issued after the examination and approval of the Overseas Education College. Notice of Notification, and notify foreign students.

15. Overseas students who receive academic warnings three times in a row or four times in a total should be dropped out. However, a drop-out test may be given. The application for the drop-out test shall be submitted in writing by me and examined by the Overseas College of Education.

16. Foreign students who drop out of school must transfer to the next grade. They have not passed the course. The time for the trial is usually one year, and they can only try it once during the study period.

17. Foreign students who have one of the following circumstances shall be withdrawn from school:

During the trial period, the course credits obtained in one semester are less than 12 credits, or the situation of Article 22 occurs again after the qualified trial.

Those who fail to go through the formalities for resuming school or fail to pass the examination for resuming school after suspension or suspension of school.

Students should be suspended because of illness, and more than one third of the total school hours in a school year are absent.

Mental illness, epilepsy, leprosy and other diseases were diagnosed by designated hospitals.

Accidental disability can not insist on learners.

I resolutely apply for withdrawal for personal reasons.

Those who leave school without leave for two consecutive weeks and fail to participate in the teaching activities prescribed by the school.

Those who fail to register beyond the time limit prescribed by the school without proper reasons.

Because of other special circumstances, the school considers it necessary to drop out of school.

It is not a punishment for foreign students to drop out of school in accordance with the provisions of this article.

18. Foreign students who have been approved to drop out of school shall be issued a certificate of drop-out by the Overseas Education Institute. They shall leave the school within the time limit prescribed by the school, and the visa shall be replaced by a tourist visa. And according to the length of study and achievement (at least one academic year and has obtained the required course credits), a diploma is issued. Foreign students should complete the procedures of leaving school within one week, otherwise they will not be issued any certificates and will be delisted. Foreign students who leave school without permission will not issue any certificates.

19. Foreign students who have objections to the treatment of dropout may file a written complaint with the Overseas Education Institute for reconsideration.

V. Graduation, Graduation and Certificate Material

20. Foreign students receiving academic education complete the links stipulated in the teaching plan, complete the required credits, grant graduation and issue "diploma". Foreign students who fail to meet the graduation requirements will be issued a study certificate.

21. Foreign students must go through the formalities of leaving school after graduation. They must obtain the "diploma" and "degree certificate" on the basis of the school leaving slip and terminate their status as international students. The school does not go through the formalities of extending the residence permit. Graduates should leave school on time. Overseas Education Colleges are responsible for electronic registration of foreign students'Diploma certificates.

VI. OTHER

22. The relevant provisions of the Regulations on the Administration of Student Status in Jiangsu University shall be taken into account for the matters not mentioned in these Regulations. The Overseas Education Institute is responsible for interpretation.
