I. Deposit
Foreign students need to pay a deposit of 500 yuan before they move in.
Students need to ensure that all items in the dormitory are not damaged. They are not allowed to remove fixed items, facilities and equipment from the dormitory at will, or change or damage its surface. Otherwise, deposits will be deducted.

1. Freshmen should pay their accommodation fees within 10 days of admission, and seniors should pay their accommodation fees within 30 days. If they fail to pay the fees on time, they should have the information of overseas education institutes and stamp their official seals. Otherwise, overdue overseas apartments will have the right to take relevant measures against them.
2. Generally, there is no refund for students with academic qualifications. If students drop out of school or move out of school, they will be recalculated on a daily basis.

1. Students are required to pay their accommodation fees within 10 days of enrollment. If they fail to pay the fees on time, they need to have a description of the overseas education institutes and stamp their official seals. Otherwise, overdue overseas apartments will have the right to take relevant measures against them.
2. Short-term students who leave school early need to refund their fees according to the number of days.
Ⅳ. Temporary accommodation:
1. If new students check in before the registration date, they must present the admission notice and pay 50 yuan/bed/day.
2. Parents and friends of students should present official letters from Overseas Education College and pay 50 yuan/bed/day if they want to stay. If there is only one person in the room, they should pay 100/day.
