1. To abide by Chinese laws and public order, to conscientiously implement school rules and regulations, and to abide by the school's work and rest system. Establish a sense of physical and mental health, establish good interpersonal relationships, and improve their own literacy.

2. Please check in according to the room you ordered. No room change is allowed. If there are special requirements, contact the Overseas Education Institute in time.

3. Don't make a noise in the apartment. Open the video and audio equipment with appropriate sound, so as not to affect others'study and rest. No party is allowed in the dormitory.

4. It is forbidden to cook in the room and use heating equipment.

5. Take good care of your valuables. Don't store large amounts of cash in your apartment.

6. Do not play ball, smoke, burn, drink or fight in apartments or rooms.

7. Garbage in each room should be collected and thrown into the garbage bin outside the apartment in time. Don't throw it anywhere, let alone throw it out of the window. Those who do not listen to dissuasion will bear all the consequences.

8. It is forbidden to alter or repair equipment lines by itself, to pull wires privately, and to use electric furnaces, electric blankets, electric irons, fast-heating appliances and other inferior socket appliances without national compulsory product certification marks in the room.

9. Please don't keep any animals in apartments or rooms.

10. Bicycles and electric vehicles should be parked in garages or designated locations. They should not be placed in front of apartment doors. Those who violate them will bear the consequences.

11. Please save water and electricity. Close windows, taps, power supplies and doors when you leave the room.

12. Foreign students should not return late after 11 o'clock. If there are any special reasons, please register with the detention teacher and the apartment management teacher in advance.

13. No one is allowed to stay in an overseas apartment without authorization. No room may be changed without permission, no key of door card may be given to others, no more furniture and equipment may be occupied, no public facilities in dormitories may be altered or damaged without permission, no interior and exterior walls may be painted by oneself, and no large furniture and equipment may be added without permission to occupy other people's living space. Otherwise, compensation and punishment will be given according to the actual situation.

14. For exchange of visits, please register with your passport or student card in the duty room. The exchange of visits should last no more than 2 hours.

15. If any of the above violations occur, the following penalties will be imposed according to the relevant provisions of the Overseas Education Institute and the Overseas Apartments: for the first violation of discipline, the power shall be cut off first and the power supply shall be restored after the written guarantee is given; for the second violation, the power shall be cut off for 24 hours and the written guarantee shall be submitted with the signature of the instructor; and for the third violation, the penalty shall be 50 yuan.
